@rrhoover thank you! 🤘🙂

Hey Producthunters, Hangry is a simple tool that chooses where you should go to eat today. #1stWorldProblems I made it in my endeavour to actually finish projects that I start working on. This is my first attempt ... starting small and will hopefully continue with releasing bigger things in the future. 🖖

@roks0n Uber integration? 😁
roksØn
@chrismessina I like it! I'll have a look at your api. :)

@chrismessina Uber integration ✅ I would love to hook UberEATS directly into Hangry so users could make orders through it, but as far as I can tell it's not yet available. Also I'll try to sort out an iOS app in the near future so I can implement that really nice Uber button to request a ride and more. 😊
Chris Messina
@roks0n correct, no ETA for an EATS API yet.

could make use of some awesome integrations (4sq, uber, etc) otherwise feels like a less in-your-face version of https://wtfsigte.com/
roksØn
@poolnoodle93 great suggestions! Which one would you fine most useful 4sq or Uber? I think Uber integration would give much more value.
saarim zaman
@roks0n 4sq 100%, i definitely care about the quality of food, if it's things nearby anyways i can just walk there / figure out how to get there myself

Does it choose between all restaurants or only cheaper places to eat?
roksØn
@koolkoder between all restaurants atm. Lots of possibilities with extending this with filters, even a price filter. Would you like that? Was also thinking of storing places that were recommended to a person in cache and not recommending them until going through all the ones that weren't recommended yet.
Alec Jones
@roks0n Yes, I think a price filter would be fantastic. That way I (or anyone else) isn't constantly having to choose a different place because it is too expensive or cheap for what they were looking for.
Daniel
@roks0n Tripadvisor or similiar rating site would be great to integrate. @koolkoder

Fun product with a cool name!
Chris Buttenham
I'd watch out for: http://gethangry.com/ they have the trademark
roksØn
@chrisbuttenham tnx for the heads up, really appreciate it! 🙂

I must have some sort of phobia when comes to picking restaurants I've never tried or without recommendations. Hopefully this will cure that haha! Congrats on finishing the project. @roks0n
