Looks awesome! I currently use daily.dev; what sets this apart from that product? ?makers
Mehdi Sakout
@thomas_shallenberger Daily.dev is more "News-focused", while Hackertab is more generic, it provides bits of everything (repos, news, jobs, conferences...) to not overwhelm the user and keep him/her updated with the minimum possible information.
Thomas Shallenberger
@medyo80 thanks, I'll give it a spin! I rely pretty heavily on extensions like daily dev to keep me up to date on dev related content and news; no time to go out and scour a billion different news aggregators and blogs

As a developer, sometimes it feels like there are a million new libraries, frameworks, jobs, etc., published online every single day, and it becomes impossible to stay on top of them all. New trends are constantly šŸš€ appearing in the tech World, so staying updated has become a necessity to maintain one’s competitive edge and to improve productivity. This is why, I created ā€œHackertabā€, a handy extension to help myself and other developers stay up to date with the latest tech happenings. It’s fully customizable, for frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile, data scientists… bref, for all developers. Data sources: - Github Trendings - Hackernews - DevTo - Stack Overflow Jobs - Confs.tech šŸ”„ Features - Change your favourite language: Python, Javascript, Ruby, Java, Kotlin, data science... - Updated content every 4 hours - Full dark mode support - Keep or hide the wanted cards Source code is publicly available on Github https://github.com/medyo/hackert...
