As the Recruiting Coordinator for the Handy team, Resource's Guides product has made our interview process incredibly seamless for our candidates as we transition our in-person interviews to virtual onsites. How exciting to see Guide officially launched! Resource had one of THE best interview experiences, so it only makes sense to create a way for more organizations to hone in on that part of the candidate experience specifically. Wow. Love the concept and digging the UI. We've all had good and bad experiences. Sometimes even a good experience could be better. Both candidate and company benefit from a better understanding of the process/flow, and the more feedback the better. Hiring should be civilized, if not enjoyable and this could move the needle. Thank you for sharing!
