Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Gurpreet, and I built GuessWord because I'd finish the daily word puzzle in three minutes and then have nothing left to play. Infinite mode fixes that, and the tier system (Stone → Diamond) gives every session a goal. Groups came from my own friends arguing about who's best 😄 While building it, I also tested every possible starting word against our answer lists. The best opener changed by mode, and ADIEU did poorly everywhere. That became one of our guides. I'd love your feedback, especially on the tier targets: too easy, too grindy, or just right?

What's your go-to first word in a five-letter word game?

Launching GuessWord here on 27 October While building it, I tested every opener against our answer lists, and the results surprised me: ADIEU did poorly everywhere, and the best word changed by mode.
