Hi,
I am Smit Joshi.
I've spent the last five years in restaurant marketing close enough to see the same problem play out again and again. Restaurants doing brilliant work in the kitchen and dining room, then losing the guest the second technology got involved. Bookings on one app, ordering on another, guest data scattered across none of them, and a cut of every order going to someone else.
Growtality is what I built out of that one place for restaurants to run bookings, ordering, and guest relationships, without stitching together five tools or renting their own guests back from a marketplace.
Still early. Still built by people who've actually sat in the section, not just studied it.
How does this play with existing POS systems like Toast or Square, or do restaurants have to switch over fully to keep the guest data unified?
@euygur57331 Good question — we're not a POS replacement, so Toast or Square keeps running exactly as it is today. Square integration is already in the works, targeting Q1 2027. Growtality syncs with your existing POS and layers on bookings, ordering, and guest data — so you get ownership of your guest relationships and margins without touching your tech stack.
