What if GitHub had a Spotify Wrapped? The answer is GrindIT. Your GitHub activity, turned into a visual recap you instantly want to share. You pick the timeframe and the tone: last week, last month, last year. Connect your GitHub account to unlock your complete coding story, including private contributions, plus a special timeframe: All Time. And every month we drop a new visual theme tied to what is happening in the world. This month: World Cup. ⚽ Works on mobile and desktop.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I kept waiting for that one day a year when Spotify tells you who you are. Then I realized developers write their story every single day, in commits, streaks and repos, and nobody ever wraps it up for them. So I built GrindIT.
Here is what makes it different:
You pick the timeframe and the tone. Last week, last month, last year. Funny, Brutal or Motivational. The Brutal one roasts your commit habits with zero mercy. 😄
Connect your GitHub account and you unlock your complete coding story, including private contributions, not just your public activity. It also unlocks a special timeframe: All Time.
Every month we drop a new visual theme tied to what is happening in the world. This month: World Cup. ⚽
You get 8 animated slides: commits, streaks, top languages, top repo, your coding journey, 50+ achievement badges from common to legendary, and your developer archetype. Every slide exports as a share card for X or LinkedIn.
Works great on mobile and desktop, though desktop is where the story really shines.
Try it with your username and drop your archetype in the comments. Curious what the PH crowd gets!

💡 Bright idea
Love the Spotify Wrapped vibe for GitHub. One idea: let users export their recap as a short looping video or set of shareable story-sized cards so it fits Instagram and TikTok without cropping. That would make the World Cup theme spread way further this month.

Connected my GitHub and got my recap in like 30 seconds. The World Cup theme is a fun touch, and seeing private commits included actually made the stats feel real.

@necdet644676 Thanks! Really happy to hear that. Including private contributions was one of our biggest priorities because we wanted everyone's recap to reflect their actual work. Glad you enjoyed the World Cup theme too! ⚽

The monthly themed drops tied to real-world events like the World Cup are such a clever hook. Makes me actually want to come back and see what you come up with next.
