This thing looks not very good. First 90 dollar for something that can be produced with 10 dollar max. Next to that the science behind the product looks like a litte bit of a hoax. My advice would be skip this product and just get a massage or use the jacuzi at a local gym. Meditation can also help your stress.

It looks amazingly comfortable to me and if I can get all those benefits in 15 minutes it will be well worth the price. I don't have time to go for a massage everyday and I can use this at home - so time and money saved. Looking forward to trying out the product myself.

I backed this product and I am looking forward to receiving it. It looks like it will be a lot easier to use then a roller and with more results. I sit a desk and use a computer most of the day for work. I'm looking forward to using this in the evening after work. I get a deep tissue massage 2-3 times a month. I think the massage mat will prolong the benefits that I get from the deep tissue massage.
