A diagnostic cli tool built for high-pressure “database down” situations... All Metrics have been mapped into a diagnosis-ready format for rapid trouble-shooting. Besides, all reports are written into an interactive html file + txt file so the result can be shared and used with customers easily. As it is built on top of Google Cloud Monitoring, it doesn't cause overhead and It cannot modify database configuration, execute SQL, drop tables, or change your GCP infrastructure. All compute locally.
