I’m Braeden, founder of BTech and the maker of getParkFlow.
This started when a friend who works as a leasing manager approached me about building parking software for his apartment community. That request became the starting point for ParkFlow.
I wanted to bring the everyday pieces of parking management together: issuing permits, registering vehicles, handling guest passes, organizing spaces, and helping staff check whether a vehicle is authorized to park.
The product grew beyond that original apartment use case. Schools, workplaces, churches, event venues, and independent lot operators also need ways to manage who can park, where, and for how long. ParkFlow is built to support those different operations.
Today, you can:

• Map your lot and organize assigned spaces.
• Give management and security teams access based on their roles.
• Look up license plates to check parking authorization.
• Let visitors scan a QR code and pay for parking without creating an account.
