GetOperators is a talent network for AI-native operators and agentic engineers - matched to companies by what they've actually shipped (their GitHub and real work), not resumes, leetcode, or whiteboards. 100% remote, always. Two sides: operators find remote work where proof-of-work is the resume; teams hire people who ship. It's early access right now - join the list to be first in when it opens.
Hey PH, Tamas here, solo maker. GetOperators is a bet on a specific idea: the best AI-native operators - people who ship real things with agents every day - are badly served by resume/leetcode/whiteboard hiring. So this is a talent network that matches on proof of work (your GitHub and what you've actually shipped), 100% remote, both sides: operators find work, teams hire people who ship. Straight up: it's early access right now, not a live marketplace yet - I'm collecting the first cohort of operators and teams to open with. Two things I'd genuinely love feedback on: (1) if you're an operator, would 'matched on what I've shipped' beat sending another CV? (2) if you're hiring, what proof-of-work signal would actually make you skip the whiteboard? Thanks for looking - and if it resonates, hit 'notify me.'

Proof of work is such a smart way to filter candidates, excited to see how this plays out. One idea that would be clutch: let operators showcase short video walkthroughs of their projects right on their profile. Seeing someone actually demo what they built would be way more convincing than just a GitHub link, and it would help recruiters quickly spot the right fit without digging through repos.

love that you're matching people based on actual shipped work on github instead of leetcode scores, honestly that alone makes this feel different from every other hiring platform out there

Congrats! GitHub tells a much richer story than a PDF resume ever could. Looking forward to seeing how this develops.
