Hey Product Hunt, I’m Juan, the solo founder behind GeoReady. I started working on this because I kept seeing the same problem: many websites are technically online, indexed by Google, and even reasonably optimized for SEO — but they are not really prepared to be understood, trusted, or cited by AI search systems. Traditional SEO answers questions like: “Can this page rank?” But AI search introduces a different question: “Can this website be discovered, parsed, understood, and cited by generative AI?” That shift is what inspired GeoReady. The project started as an open-source GEO audit engine for developers. It could analyze a website and return a GEO Score, technical signals, and recommendations. But while building and testing it, I realized that most founders, marketers, SEO consultants, and agencies do not just need a CLI or a local audit. They need a product workflow: • run an audit quickly • understand what is blocking AI visibility • track improvements over time • monitor domains continuously • export reports • use the data with clients or internal teams So GeoReady evolved into a hosted SaaS platform built on top of the open-source core. The open-source engine remains the foundation. The SaaS adds the dashboard, saved reports, domain history, monitoring, exports, API access, and commercial workflows. The goal is simple: Help websites become easier for AI systems like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews to crawl, understand, and reference. I’m launching this early because the GEO / AI visibility space is still changing fast, and I want real feedback from founders, builders, marketers, and SEO people.
