I got the idea for this app when I saw the effect that ChatGPT mentions had on my own SaaS-business. We had been trying to compete with much larger players in our niche but never really managed in SEO. In the summer of 2025 i started optimizing our website to be mentioned by AI instead of Google. Today, we get around 70% of our leads from ChatGPT and also see a much higher conversion rate on these. I always wanted a tool for tracking this visibility and finding improvement areas but I have felt that the GEO-tools that have launched so far have been focused on large marketing departments and not on smaller businesses. I started building GEOffrey during a Hackathon in Stockholm and am happy to now have launched an affordable and simple GEO-tool. I would love to hear any feedback or thoughts.
