Gen-X brings prospect research, enrichment, personalized outreach, campaigns, and workflow automation into one operating workspace for GTM teams. Connect the tools you already use, turn scattered prospect signals into CRM-ready records, and move from account research to the next sales action without manual handoffs. The Chrome extension lets reps capture LinkedIn prospect context directly into that workflow.

Would love to see a built-in A/B testing feature for outreach sequences right inside the workspace. Right now I'd have to bounce between this and another tool to figure out which subject line or opening hook actually converts, and that breaks the flow. Keep everything in one place and it'd be a real time saver for our reps.
honestly the LinkedIn capture sounds super useful but it would be great if the chrome extension could also let you tag or label the prospect right at capture, like which campaign or segment they belong to, so the workflow kicks off correctly without an extra step back in the main app.
One thing that would make this even more useful for my team: a Slack or in-app notification when a prospect's enrichment data changes meaningfully, like a new funding round or job change. Right now we still have to remember to check back, and that's where good opportunities slip.
A calendar slot suggestion feature would be great. After research and outreach planning, auto-detect a prospect's timezone on LinkedIn and propose meeting times that fit both calendars, then drop a hold into Google Calendar. Saves the back and forth when timing actually matters.
The LinkedIn capture flow sounds genuinely useful, but one thing would make it a no-brainer for me: let reps add a quick voice note or short video clip when saving a prospect, so context from a discovery call lands in the same record as the LinkedIn data.
honestly love how everything lives in one workspace instead of bouncing between five tabs, that flow from LinkedIn capture straight into the workflow is a really thoughtful touch
