I’m excited to share my journey behind launching Gem Rank today. Thanks to everyone here whose discussions and shared experiences helped me shape this product faster.
This idea started while I was trying to understand how AI models describe brands. I noticed something unusual. ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude were giving completely different responses for the same brand, and the differences were even bigger across countries. There was no structured way to track this, and brands had zero visibility into how they were represented by these models.
I kept checking manually and that’s when it became clear that AI visibility is becoming just as important as SEO. That insight led to Gem Rank. It lets you see how LLMs talk about your brand by region, track competitors and get weekly reports you can act on. It also helps you improve your llms.txt file so AI models present your brand more accurately.
