Review FuseBase?
Reviewers mostly see FuseBase as a flexible all-in-one workspace that works well for notes, internal documentation, project management, and especially client portals. They often praise its clean interface, easy sharing, strong organization, and useful AI for tasks like summarizing, drafting content, and reducing routine admin work; the Chrome extension also gets specific praise. Still, a minority of users report serious issues: slow performance, weak basics, poor support, sync and loading problems, limited export, and some missing or unclear details around pricing, integrations, mobile features, and customization.

Recently ended a call with a representative from the company. I am sharing my fresh impressions. I was shown the internal and client platform. In my opinion, the coolest thing for the team to work on is the built-in ChaGPT for content generation. For example, the AI will come up with the email subject line and content, and can also be useful for new ideas in PR (for my PR agency it's a cool thing). Of particular interest is the client portal - it looks like a separate site for your client, where they will only see the results and progress of your work (without the inner kitchen). The only thing I found strange was the cost of services. It is listed per 1 employee and then multiplied by the whole team. I thought it was the cost per whole team. Perhaps this is just my subjective opinion. Good luck to the guys. We will try to use the product.
We've used FuseBase for several years now and the platform has grown to be something my team and I rely on in our business. The platform works well, their team is responsive to support requests, and we love how much it reduces friction in our day to day work. One of my favorite features is how frictionless it is to send clients a clean, branded, secure document page / portal so they can review project status and have a single source of information for the various facets of our engagement with them. I also use it all the time with a branded short URL generator so that I can have easy to remember links to send to people asking for a W9, payment information, or other common documents.
We use FuseBase as an internal knowledge base as well as for client-facing documents. It serves both purposes well and we are looking forward to seeing the platform grow and add features. I am most excited about the revamped portal system and hoping for future enhancements to the databases (currently just glorified tables) function - this will be a powerful addition to the suite.

I was a big fan of Nimbus and at first was not sure about this newer platform, but gave it a try and now FuseBase has replaced at least 4 tools i use in my daily workflows.
FuseBase is awesome! The added AI feature helps in my note taking and brainstorming. The client portals are so helpful, and using many as knowledge bases to help with support.
FuseBase support has been fast to respond and helpful. The FB team is constantly adding updates to the platform. It keeps getting better and better everyday.
Highly recommend!

It is an excellent application, both for keeping notes and my personal data, I am waiting for them to include being able to apply the back links, to also turn it into my digital brain. I also have my tasks, once they activate the recurring tasks, I think it would be one of my favorite apps. Having the possibility of working with portals gives it a lot of versatility, I think that if they continue working on improving it, it will become one of the best apps of its type.
I use Fusebase DAILY and I am amazed at it’s ease of use and flexibility! It’s a beautiful app and the mobile experience is nice - easy and convenient. There are a few features on the web app that I’d like to see also on the mobile app, but all in all, the mobile experience is nice! 🙂
The addition of portals is a GAME-CHANGER as it opens up a world of possibilities 🎉. Kudos to Pavel (the founder) for his vision and dedication to take Fusebase to amazing heights! 👏🏽

When I first downloaded FuseBase (ages ago, still known as Nimbus Note), I was just looking for a simple place to jot down notes and ideas. To be honest, I didn't get much out of it at first, especially since the mobile app wasn't great back then, and I ended up shelving it for a while.
But as fate would have it, a competitor's device limitations sent me back to FuseBase, and what a difference it made! I moved all my notes over in a snap and started to see just how much this app could do and how much I'd been missing out on!
Now, I can't imagine digital life without it. It's where I keep all those bits and bobs of daily life safe and sound—like receipts, Wi-Fi passwords, and even a special journal I share with my 5-year-old son.
As for work, FuseBase is my central digital workspace. Writing books, planning content, drafting posts, writing SOPs and organizing research —it all happens here.
Looking back, I'm amazed at how this app has grown from a simple note-taker to an indispensable tool that keeps my personal and work life organised. If you're on the fence, give FuseBase a try. It just might surprise you how much you'll come to rely on it, just like I do!
Big thanks to the FuseBase team for creating such a versatile and intuitive platform!
Nimbus was bad enough, with data being lost and clients operating inconsistently and not supporting all features, but the FuseBase application has removed still more functionality and still locks user data in a proprietary/non-exportable format. Customer support is terrible, even for users in the Business Pro plan. Moving to Nimbus was one of the worst mistakes I've ever made in managing my personal information network.
Hi, Doug
I'm truly sorry that you have a negative impression of our service. I understand your dissatisfaction and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Allow me to address some points in your review:
1) It's true that we have not yet moved some functionalities from the old client to the new one. This is only because we have not yet had the chance to do so. We are finalizing the work on the export feature and will release it soon. We will also try to transfer other functionalities as quickly as possible.
2) Until we transfer all the important functionalities, you can use the old client. We continue to support it.
3) We would like to learn more about the issue with the content and the support team that was unable to assist you. Could you write to contact@thefusebase.com? We will try to understand the problem and resolve it as soon as possible.
I've been using FuseBase (formerly Nimbus) for more than 4 years now, and I really like it. It's not just a note-taking app, it can do a lot more. I use it to make simple web pages and share them with my students and friends as how-to guides. I'm now trying to use it as a dashboard for my projects. FuseBase is a great product that keeps getting better. The team is also very nice and helpful. All in all, it's a smart and flexible app for one's work and life.
One of the best tools for project management. It is not only a project management tool but also a client portal. It's super easy to use, and we love how it helps us talk, share files, and keep everything organized. I love its UI/UX, even though it is better than Notion. Support and team are also solid; they are super active. Best wishes to the entire team, and thanks for making such an awesome tool. 🤩
Think of it as Notion, but tailored for Professional Services: Project management, knowledge management, and content repository, all seamlessly integrated.
