@e__m_c_2 Hey Neel! Thanks a lot for the comment and yes it's awesome to see the space evolve and be a part of it. Data privacy is a top priority, we are a European company after all. Fullview can automatically redact PII and sensitive data on your customer's screen so it is never displayed to the support person. We only display what you tell the product is ok to display, and all data is stored in EU (with option for US storage for US customers).

@e__m_c_2 Thanks Neel! Privacy was a cornerstone when we started building Fullview which offers multiple ways of redacting the data client-side. You have the option to mark UI elements that contain sensitive info such as PII or PHI, meaning that the data never gets to Fullview's servers.
