👋🏻 Hi Product Hunt! I’m Gordon, co-founder at FullContext. FullContext consists of two things: 1. A best-in-class chat experience that includes the ability to show and demo resources. 2. A new way to build workflows using nothing but natural language and notion-style blocks. To that end, we are excited to unveil the next generation of our conversational workflow builder that allows humans to realize their ideal workflows in natural language. This is a huge advancement over the status quo of rigid, complicated drag and drop workflow builders. Moreover, it also represents a new type of AI-powered solution in the market where AI is not treated as a black box, but is instead a transparent, human-configured piece of an optimal GTM workflow. We also go way beyond the capabilities of trad chatbots. With FullContext, our agents can: 🛠️ Give demos - The agent can show off the product with interactive demos (we have our own interactive tour builder). Depending on the conversation, the agent can jump to relevant portions of the tour. 💡 Qualify and pro-actively lead the conversation - Instead of just acting as a reactive question answerer, our agents can be instructed to proactively ask questions and steer the conversation in a particular direction. 🕵️‍♂️ Identify visitors at the person-level - To create more personalized experiences, FullContext can optionally leverage a proprietary partner network to reveal the identity of the person who is interacting with the agent. 📚 Show interactive resources - Other resources such as case studies, slide decks, and videos can be shown to the user directly inside the experience. 🗓️ Schedule and book meetings - When appropriate, the agent can schedule with the buyer directly using our native scheduling tool or via 3rd party tools such as HubSpot or Calendly. 💬 Connect people to humans - Humans can join the conversation and take over from the agent. 🔔 Notify, route and perform other actions - The agent can be configured to trigger email and Slack notifications based on the content of the conversation and can route to the appropriate channel. @gordon_hempton @fullcontextgtm big congrats on the launch! Seems like a great idea and I personally love the clean UI on the homepage. Probably get this all the time but its one that I always tend to ask for all AI - specifically as they relate to sales or what we're traditionally very human orientated tasks - 1. How does this differentiate from what is currently on the market doing comparable tasks and 2. Do you worry that this could increase churn at the front end of a lead gen / sales cycle?

The big differentiators we provide are 1) the ability for the agent to demo your product within the experience via interactive tours, videos, documents, etc. and 2) the ability to control the agent via natural language instead of a complicated if-this-then-that graph builder. Regarding "creating churn at the front-end" - I think if anything it gives the buyer what they want when they want it, instead of forcing them down a "book a demo" discovery call just to see the product, where they have no intention to buy anyways. The goal is to educate the buyer and when they're further along in the process and ready to buy, they'll engage a sales person.

I'm intrigued by the natural language approach to building workflows - could be a game-changer for non-technical teams. The demo feature sounds particularly cool; being able to show, not just tell, during a conversation could seriously boost engagement. I'm a bit curious about the visitor identification though - how does that work with privacy regulations? Also, any plans to integrate with other CRM systems besides HubSpot? Might give it a spin for our sales team and see how it compares to our current setup. Nice work on making AI more transparent and human-configurable!

We have a number of integrations coming up on our roadmap. Salesforce is the next major CRM for completion. Some teams have also used our platform as their own CRM for everything inbound!
