It is a nice product to communicate with your customers and get them satisfied but needs enhancements in the tickets section as it sometimes has errors.
I have very little actual experience with this product. HOWEVER, they do not provide any way to bulk-setup new monitors - there is no "import sites" feature, and while they do have a REST API, it does not allow you to specify all the important parameters when creating a new monitor (like the "check string" to validate that a site is operating correctly).
Easy to use and low learning curve. If you're a sales god of Zeus, Freshwork is your thunderbolt.
