Hey Product Hunt
I'm the solo maker of Kids Tales. The whole product started because I was telling my own kids (5 and 9) made-up bedtime stories for years, and the ones they kept asking for again became the foundation of the library.
Now I'm curious about everyone else's experience.
If you're a parent what's the story your child has asked you to read or tell more times than any other? Is there a pattern to what makes a story sticky for a kid?
Thanks everyone for checking out Kids Tales ๐
We created Kids Tales to make storytime calmer, safer, and more meaningful for families with young children.
Most kids content today is built around endless scrolling, overstimulation, and keeping attention for as long as possible. We wanted to build the opposite experience โ short, gentle, emotionally safe stories designed for bedtime routines, quiet moments, and early reading.
๐ Inside Kids Tales youโll find:
Bedtime stories
Funny adventures
Educational tales
Friendship & kindness stories
Emotional learning stories
Built-in narration/audio reading
Age-based browsing for ages 3โ8
Everything is designed to feel simple, calm, and parent-friendly.
Weโre continuously expanding the story library and improving narration, collections, and reading experiences across the platform.
Would love to hear:
