Did you know that over 60% of startups fail in their early stages due to co-founder disagreements? And of those that survive, 24% still struggle because they lack a clear next step? We are proud to finally launch Foundance on Product Hunt :rocket:! At Foundance, we strongly believe in the power startups to change the world. We also believe in the strength of remote teams, where diverse experiences and backgrounds can move mountains. :mount_fuji: Being founders ourselves, we understand the risks and the challenges or starting with the wrong team, not discussing conditions upfront or lacking guidance. So we are here to help! Our mission is to decentralize venture building and create a strong community of startup enthusiasts, including founders, advisers, and freelancers, where everyone supports each other. Here’s what you can do on Foundance: 1. if you have a start-up idea, you can enroll it on the platform and gather feeback from other uses (soon), find co-founders or hire freelancers or advisers. 2. if you don’t have an idea but you’d like to help build someone else’s, you can browse ventures and start a discussion with the founders. There’s even projects who are hiring! 3. once the founding team is in place, you can create your own organization (DAO) by agreeing on the terms and signing a smart contract. It’s in your power to decide upfront how you want to split the equity, how to govern your venture and much more. 4. since we also want to assist founders with building the ventures, we are suggesting, for each venture, a series of next steps to get it going. Foundance is currently in beta and would love to hear about your founding experiences or any challenges you're facing, so we can learn, adapt, and serve you better!
