When a responder returns to a flow that they already started, you have control over where they will be placed within the flow. Your choices are start at beginning and discard their answers, start at beginning but keep their answers, or place them at the furthest point in the flow that they had previously reached.

Is it possible to pass in data to Formsort? I have information on some customers from previous surveys and would like to ask questions based on that information.
@endals Thank you, Edlira! That's a great question. You can pass in any information that you'd like into a Formsort form using API variables. If your information is accessible via API, you can use that information in your form to decide which content you will show your responder or include it in a text and display it to them. we have had customers use us for price look-ups or nearest store look-ups and many other use cases like that! Indeed, you *cannot* store your data in Formsort -- we don't think that we should be the source of truth for your data, so we integrate directly into data stores such as Postgres, BigQuery, etc so that your data remains yours.

We're pretty against data silos here so we recommend hooking up a google sheet, using webhooks to send data out to zapier, or even better integrating a data store of some sort.
