Most chat organizers stop at folders. Foldif adds what's usually missing: highlight key lines, leave notes in the margin as you read, and turn a long conversation into a clean book you'll actually open again. It works across ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, catches the to-dos buried in your chats, and searches all of them at once. Free to start, no API key.
As an early user of Foldif, I observed a lot of improvements and new features came to the chrome extension in a short period. I like organizing AI chats, taking notes and sharing them.

Thank you, @ihsanyaprak. Means a lot coming from someone who's used Foldif since the early days. Highlighting, notes and sharing are the core of what I'm focused on, so good to know they're working well for you. More coming soon.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I've been building software since 2009, mostly enterprise software projects here in Turkey. Foldif is the first thing I've made for myself, and for people I'll never meet.
It started from a small thing that kept happening. I'm in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini all day, and every now and then one of them gives me something I really want to keep. A clean explanation, a decision I'd just talked myself into, a snippet I'll need next week. Then it's gone. Scrolled past, buried three chats deep.
I thought it was an organizing problem, so I started with folders. Folders didn't fix it. The thing I wanted to keep was never the whole chat, it was four lines inside a long one.
So Foldif turned into something else: you highlight the lines worth keeping, leave a note next to them, and pull the good parts into a "book" you'll actually open again. Works across all three tools, catches the to-dos hiding in your chats, no API key.
After 17 years of code, the hard part hasn't been building it. It's getting it in front of the right people. So I'd genuinely love your feedback, even the brutal kind:
- does the highlight + note flow feel natural, or clunky?
- is "turn chats into a book" actually useful, or a gimmick?
- which tool do you live in most — ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini?
I'll be in the comments all day, tell me what feels off.

As someone who uses AI chats heavily, I've lost count of how many times I've thought, "I'll find this later," only to never find it again. Foldif could be a real lifesaver in exactly those moments. It addresses a real problem in a thoughtful and practical way. So happy to see what you've built, my friend. Wishing you lots of users and success with Foldif!

Thank you, @imhakanarslan. That "I'll find this later" moment is exactly the problem I built Foldif to solve, so it means a lot to hear it resonate with someone who works in these tools every day. I appreciate the support and the kind words.
