We wanted to track work hours and in-computer activity of our employees without making them to feel creepy. And We wanted to save managers's expensive time to not to spend within these tracking softwares. So we decided to build our own product which keeps all screenshots fully blurred in server level and also indicates the current blur mode to employees. We made the ML algorithm to go thru all screenshots to tag the activity. So this avoids the need for managers to go thru each and every screenshots. Even our ML algorithm does pattern matching and not OCR text reading.

In my company, all the employees were remote workers, and I faced many problems as I could not monitor their work. After deciding to use a tracking app, I tried many other software but found the FocusRo app most satisfactory. It helped me monitor the remote workers, increase productivity, and avoid unnecessary arguments. FocusRO is user-friendly and easy to set up.
