There's great programs out there. There's great tracking tools out there. There's great nutritional advice out there. There's also a lot of shit. And none of it is in one place or ready to go for YOUR situation. As part of the fitness community for over 10 years I see 100's of requests per day on 'how to start', 'how to make *random program* work for me', 'how to I ask my progress', etc. I built FitFor to address these issues and simplify access to a fitter lifestyle for anyone. It's designed for people wanting to get fitter for a game of pickup on a Sunday morning or the new parent that's too keep up with a 2 year old with unlimited energy. That doesn't mean it's only for beginners. Advanced athletes can input their requirements and get a program to prepare for a competition or upcoming season just as easily. Coming soon will be social features as well as detailed data analysis to optimize your results based on real world training and nutrition feedback. This has been great app. I love how you can pick home workout and select the equipment you have.
