The integration with existing workflows and the ability to reactivate inactive contacts or qualify new leads make it practical and useful in real-world scenarios.

@dvanbins ...you figured out our master plan! Jokes apart, we at FirstQuadrant ourselves don't use a traditional CRM at all, but many of our customers use it alongside their CRM. I personally think that once you fully embrace FirstQuadrant, you'll find yourself not needed a traditional CRM at all if you're a small team, especially for founder-led sales. But I understand how these things work so we'll make sure we integrate with all major CRMs to make it incrementally adoptable.

I worked with @carlobadini and @anandchowdhary at Pabio and have been lucky to stay close as a friend.
