@martin_jeret Hi Martin, I think your comment said something else when I first responded. Something along the lines of you liking it, hoping it works but have not tried it yet (then) :) Anyways, answering your question about security and our privacy policy: FindMyInvoice is a product of our company Cabsolutely Inc, we did not start a separate company for it for now. We are only accessing your emails for the purposes of recognizing matches. In your Google Drive, we only have access to the folder you are using for FindMyInvoice and we only have writing rights, so we cannot read any of your files. In general, we have designed FindMyInvoice to work with the least possible access needed to provide the automatic recognition + organizing service. We will write a detailed blogpost on how data is handled to hopefully answer all possible questions. I hope this helps. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions.

Great job, this extension is so helpful! Seems like you have to mark every invoice, is the: "Sync past invoices" feature broken? Also how do you set up a spreadsheet, cant seem to finde the setting. Thanks! :)

@mikkel_emil_lindblom It takes a little time to sync past invoices, it is not broken. :) But I see now that we should communicate this better. For the spreadsheet, on the left side of your gmail screen hover over My Invoices / Default (or any invoice group you may have set up), there will be a dropdown arrow, click that, select + Add new action and select the spreadsheet option as the Action type.

Hi there @viragfromhu ! Any chance I can somehow help improve the spanish filtering? I'm from Spain and receive all of my invoices via email, but the extension isn't detecting the 95% of them. This would make my life SO MUCH EASIER! Glad to help if needed.

@camila_rubio_varon Hi Camila, as you mark more and more of your emails as invoices, we will find more of the similar messages. It should detect similarities no matter what language your invoices are. But, during the setup flow, it only filters for English and Hungarian (that's for me :) ). Once you are out of the setup flow, you can mark any email as an invoice if you hover over the email subject line in any list view (Inbox or any search result list). Click the grey FindMyInvoice icon, it'll turn to blue and a dropdown is shows. Here you can select if you want to mark that email only, or in addition to that one email, you want to set up filter for future and/or past invoices. This is the way around it right now, but we will add improvements for Spanish invoices.
