FilmyTrain: A unique Bollywood Movie guessing game with AI backdrops

Hey Product Hunt, I’m Surabhi, the solo maker behind FilmyTrain, and I’m genuinely excited (and a little nervous) to share this with you. This started from a simple frustration. I love Bollywood, but most movie quizzes felt like memory tests screenshots, obvious clues, or questions you either knew instantly or didn’t. That didn’t reflect how real fans experience movies. We don’t remember films as trivia; we remember them as feelings, moments, colors, moods. I kept thinking: what if you had to recognize a movie the way you would in real life? From a half-seen poster on a wall. From a vibe. From a memory that hits before the title does. That idea slowly became FilmyTrain. The hardest part wasn’t building the app, it was resisting shortcuts. I made a strict rule that the movie name can never appear, not even partially. Every poster had to tell a story visually. Difficulty had to change how you think, not just how obscure the question is. I rebuilt large parts multiple times just to keep that promise intact. As a first-time solo maker, this has been a lot of late nights, second-guessing, and learning everything the hard way.
