So with recent advances in Android audio can we hope to join the fun?
Dave Zohrob
I had the privilege of playing with this app at the makers' office... it's a really amazing, immersive 3D sound experience. I walked through a soundscape created by Matmos and had a blast. Definitely worth the download!

I'm having so much fun setting up spaces filled with my weird mouth noises. The included sound recordings are really fun to walk through and experience.

Pros:

Free, easy to use, very unique

Cons:

Can't use it in a spooky dark room/haunted house

I'm seriously intrigued by this. I make ambient music, but I have had a little trouble figuring out how to use it. I haven't had a ton of time to play, but are there any short videos or resources to learn how to use it better?
Chris Maier
@nick_drake hey nick thanks for checking out the app! we'll definitely be improving on-boarding and sharing some how-to videos soon. in the meantime it'd be super helpful to hear what's confusing to you as a first-time user. feel free to shoot an email to chris@planeta.cc i'd be thrilled to help you realize your ambient music in Fields : )

@planeta @cgmaier I finally had some time to play with it last night and was able to wrap my head around it. I didn't fully understand the concept before I messed with it the first time. I'm loving it. I plan on making some stuff this weekend! Thanks.
Chris Maier
@nick_drake awesome! don't hesitate to reach out with any suggestions that come to mind. we'd also love to see anything you make.
