Great tool, it is best to compute the customer feedback data with the help of OpenAI, LLM and GPT.

Congrats on the launch. This is a needed tool for my use case in the past. My use cases was overloaded with users' feedback on Android and iOS app store (hundred of them every day), also we did a lot of in-person chat through Messenger to interview and collect user insights. So the very time-consuming task is to reread all the content, and group similar feedback. So just a suggestion, if your platform can integrated with popular chat tools, as well as Android, iOS app store to collect, analyze, and give better insights from these sources, that could be super helpful.

Honestly, we're all lazy and going to want results by simply clicking a button. Combing through a bunch of reviews/feedback vs. clicking a button and having someone else do it is a no brainer. A.I. is the future and I am super excited about it!
