Hello hunters! 👋 I’m Charles-Olivier a 🇨🇦 builder! Previously, I was building a SaaS and I decide I would like to collect customer feedback. I've started to search for a solution but all the alternative that I found were too complex (Hotjar, Intercom, ...) or too expensive. When launching a SaaS you need to get customer feedback but you don't have 50$/month to spend on a tool to collect feedback. So that's why I've built Feedback Farm. A tool to easily collect customer feedback directly in your web application. It provides a generous free tier and some affordable plan with more advanced feature. Feedback Farm allows you to easily embed a widget into your app. You can use our own simple but powerful React/HTML widget or install our Wordpress plugin to start collecting feedback. If you want something really custom to match your needs, you can build your own widget and connect it with our Restful API. Every feedback you have will be added to your dashboard and if enabled, sent to your email. Feedback Farm also connects with Zapier and Logsnag. If enabled, you can also have a public roadmap for the feedback you receive. The roadmap can then be shown to your user. I hope you will like feedback farm! 😊

Very good tool, I find it hard to understand why Intercom does not offer more affordable plans, very good approach only that I had a Bug while using the tool (I have not been able to replicate the problem by the way) add my email for notifications and then return to the feedback screen and the screen to create a new project appears and now I have 2 projects created with the free plan. -> https://bit.ly/3BjTSeP

New update could replicate the bug, if you refresh the page and leave the mouse pointer on the "create a project" button you have enough time to click on "create a project", implementing an SSR (server side render) you can block that. -> https://bit.ly/3wXpvZd
