The intake platform. Claims, applications and requests arrive through a public link and become records β priced, routed, approved, signed and paid by your rules, your team and your AI agents. Every number computed on the server; senders are never seats.

Hi PH β I'm Scott. I spent years on insurance intake systems and kept relearning one lesson: the moment a form's total is computed in the browser, someone eventually sends you a different one. Faldaro is that lesson turned into a product.
What it is: drop a PDF (there's a live demo on the homepage β no signup) and it becomes a working form: public link anyone can fill without an account, totals computed server-side on every saveΒ and every read, workflow that routes the record itself, approvals that happen over email, an append-only audit log enforced by Postgres rather than the application.
The AI part is deliberately un-magical: the assistant, the agents and the MCP server all run onΒ yourΒ token withΒ yourΒ permissions β row-level security in Postgres bounds them, not prompt engineering β and delete tools simply don't exist in their catalog.
Free tier is real: unlimited forms, 10k submissions a month, and submissions are never billed by count β that's a code-level posture, not a marketing line.
I'll be here all day. Ask me anything β the RLS setup, the expression engine that replaced a JS interpreter, or the things I shipped broken twice before learning them.
