EzSuppBot turns any Telegram bot into an AI helpdesk: auto-replies trained on your knowledge base, drafts your team approves, and automatic human handoff on refunds or urgent issues. Unlimited bots, flat £19/mo — AI included, no per-reply credits. Free to start.

the flat pricing model is a big draw for smaller teams like ours. one thing that would make this a no-brainer for us is built-in multi-language support for the auto-replies, since a chunk of our support tickets come in spanish and french and we'd rather not have to maintain a separate knowledge base for each.
@gzde1139457 This is now included. :)
Would love to see a built-in analytics dashboard showing response times, resolution rates, and which questions get handed off most often. Right now I'd have to guess whether the bot is actually saving my team time or just creating more review work.

Hi All
Thanks for your use.
Since launch I have added a quick update that has added two main features:
1. Telegram Mini-App.
The web app can now open as a telegram mini-app instead of requiring a separate web browser instance.
2. Account creation with instant Telegram account connection.
Rather than signing up with email and linking your telegram later, now you link your telegram account immediately, ensuring bot ownership is clear. Similarly, team members can attach their telegram account to the bot as a support agent, whilst also being attached to other bots, allowing freelance support agents to work on behalf of others.
Coming in the next 24-48 hours, as per your comments:
1. Multi-Language Support - This is already partially scaffolded, so completing and shipping this as an update is going to be a priority.
2. Analytics Dashboard - This will analyse tickets to identify reoccurring issues, failed resolution attempts, frequent escalated items, and other trackable metrics that can be used to make decisions on additional context to feed to the AI, whether operational changes are required to solve rooted problems in your service, or other flaws that need to be considered on the user's side.
Alongside this, it will suggest quick replies for common issues, or if you are using AI suggestions, optional Pre-Approved Responses. These responses will be another added feature, and will be resolutions that do not need human approval before they are sent. This will allow for a hybrid between total AI control and manual review.
The analytics dashboard will also track what most human time is spent doing, and if this has been improved over time with the use of the bot's features, along with suggested actions to take, and the estimated time that could be saved.
Coming in the next 48-72 hours, as per your comments:
1. Shared bot inboxes/ groups - as per suggestions, we will add an option to combine multiple bot's tickets into one list, colour coding each to allow easy identification without having to switch screens. This of course is in the web app.
For groups, we will (all being well) have the option to either allow multiple bots to all post their ticket list to the group in one feed, or alternatively, each bot posting to a specific telegram group 'Topic'. This needs to be explored further, however should be very possible.
Thank you for the feedback, and I will update you on each completion.
Thanks
Oli
Hi All
I couldn't help but get moving and have finished all of the changes:
🚀 Huge update: teams, AI translation, analytics & AI that auto-resolves tickets
Hey hunters 👋 Since launch we've shipped a lot — EzSuppBot went from "AI tickets on Telegram" to a full, team-ready support platform. Here's what's new:
🤖 Pre-approved AI responses (auto-resolve, safely) — Describe in plain English when a reply should go out — e.g. "the customer reports error code X and is also experiencing Y" — and the AI decides if a ticket matches before auto-sending your approved answer. No keywords, no bots going rogue: it's the hybrid between full-AI and manual review. One click also drafts suggested rules from your own ticket history.
🌐 Live translation + multi-language (12 languages) — Set your team's language. Foreign messages are detected and shown translated, and when you reply you get a one-click translated version to approve before it sends.
📊 Analytics dashboard — Recurring topics, resolution & first-response times, CSAT ratings, escalations, busiest hours, top handlers — plus an estimate of the human hours your automation has saved.
👥 Teams, roles & ownership — Invite teammates by email as managers or members, transfer a bot by email, let members leave. One account can own several bots and help on others'.
📥 Combined inbox — Every bot you own or help with in one colour-coded list.
📱 Telegram Mini App — Your whole dashboard inside Telegram; read and reply without leaving the app.
💬 Staff-group upgrades — Reply from a Telegram group as a single feed or a topic per ticket.
✨ Depth features — CSAT ratings, internal notes, knowledge-base import from a URL, webhooks, opening-hours auto-replies, and a weekly performance digest.
🔒 Telegram-first, no hijacking — Sign up by linking Telegram in the bot chat; the account that taps Start is the one linked. Log in with Telegram or email.
💸 Fair AI pricing + a real free trial — Pro now includes 10,000 AI responses/month (Essentially unlimited, but with the addition of translation and pre approved responses, I wanted to add a cap that doesn't limit normal users, but prevents abuse), unused bank forever, cheap top-up packs, no surprise bills — and a 3-day Pro trial, no card required.
Please test out pro with the free trial. No card needed!
plugged it into a small support channel and the draft replies were actually decent, way less robotic than what I expected. the human handoff for refunds feels like a nice safety net too.
A flat fee instead of per-reply credits is honestly a relief. One thing that would make me switch faster is a shared inbox view where my team can see pending drafts across all our bots in one place, instead of jumping into each bot separately to approve replies.
