If you have developer documentation and want to boost your community with AI this is for you! Just pull in the base URL of the site, add some customization and get a sharable link for your chat, link it anywhere you want. I saw this trend in some places like GCP with Gemini, Aws with Amazon Q or Supabase with Ask AI, but they're all custom-implemented solutions, so I created ExplainIt so anybody can create a powerful chatbot for their documentation site without investing resources in the development and maintaining, you just want devs to build with your stuff, the more they can do the better, the quicker the better, and if they get a smooth experience while doing it that's legendary already. As a developer myself, I would love to see ExplainIt in every documentation site, I come to the site with a question, I want to get an answer, and keep going with my stuff. Imagine also loading common issues, practices, etc. All at the reach of a message. Don't scare away clients because of poor documentation anymore. Just some clicks!! Reading the docs can be a pain if not particularly well-organized, but as a dev (I know I suffer from this too), you don't always know how well you're actually conveying the instruction or feature you're trying to illustrate. To you, everything seems obvious! I can definitely see how adding an AI explainer component would improve user experience. Gets my upvote!
