What's unique: We analyze actual GitHub contributions - both repositories and pull request histories (up to 1,500 PRs) - to generate evidence-based interview questions from real code. Most proud of: Our PR analysis breakthrough. While competitors focus on basic repo metrics, we extract collaboration patterns from years of PR contributions. Example question we generated: "You were assigned to implement a debugger with 977 commits - walk me through how you approached this massive feature." This replaces LeetCode tests with questions only the actual developer can answer. Can't memorize it, can't fake it - because it's their actual work history. Technical interviews should discuss actual work, not theoretical puzzles
