Some cap table talk on PH this week made me check out my old cap management tool TruEquity, only to find out that THIS WEEK they relaunched/rebranded as ExactEquity with a handsome new UI & feature list. They retained all of my data so I'll probably be sticking with them. Really cool tool for all the startup CEOs out there who deal with investors/ESOPS. This is a really clean tool to keep everything centralized and organized, I recommend it.
