Hey Product Hunt!👋🏻
Imagine hosting a global summit, a private mastermind, or a community hangout — all without tech headaches or messy setups.
That’s what we built Evvve for: a platform for turning your ideas into virtual events as easily (and fun!) as sending a calendar invite.
We believe knowledge should travel freely — across borders, time zones, and backgrounds. With Evvve, anyone can share expertise, spark conversations, and build communities through virtual events.
Whether you’re pitching investors, teaching a course, or leading a meetup, Evvve gives you everything you need to launch a standout event in minutes. Just your ideas, ready to connect with the world.
Why evvveryone’s buzzing about Evvve:
⏳ Set up in minutes: Setting up virtual events can be complex and time-consuming, but with Evvve, you can sign up, pick a free (yes, really free) or professional event, and go live within minutes — no hassle, just instant readiness
🌐 Instant landing page: Creating a branded event page usually involves extra steps or tools, but Evvve auto-generates your event page as you go, so you can immediately share the link and start collecting signups
🎥 Broadcast in full HD: Many platforms compromise on video quality or make management tricky, but Evvve lets you broadcast in up to 1080p and manage speakers and attendees from one sleek dashboard
💬 All-in-one chat: Event conversations are often scattered, but with Evvve’s integrated chat, you keep engagement flowing before, during, and after your event — all in one place
🪪 Public Profiles: Every speaker and attendee gets a profile others can follow and interact with — the whole social net inside your event!
🎟️ Built-in ticketing: Managing registration and ticketing can be a hassle, but Evvve includes built-in ticketing so people can register or get tickets right from your event page
📊 Analytics baked in: Without clear analytics, it’s tough to improve future events, but Evvve provides actionable insights to help you make every event better than the last
🎁 For all Product Hunt users we suggest 20% OFF for your first event!
Evvve is built for both public and private gatherings, so whether you want to go big or keep things cozy, it’s your space to shape.
Ready to try it? We’d love to hear your thoughts, wild feature requests, and see how you use Evvve in the wild. Let’s make virtual events unforgettable — together!
The event space is crowded with tools that either over-complicate or over-simplify. But Evvve is the perfect middle ground between simplicity and functionality.
It also feels like the beginning of a movement with idea sharing at its core. Which I... love. 🥰
Curious how you're thinking about that movement evolving. — What excites you most about how people might use Evvve to spread ideas that couldn't travel before? — What's the deeper shift you hope Evvve helps catalyze, in how we gather, share, and show up? — What principles are guiding Evvve as it starts to take on a life of its own? — What kind of gatherings would you like to see on Evvve that no one's tried yet? — What else should I have asked? haha! 😉

@nikkielizdemere thank you — those are excellent questions. I’ll try to address them all at once.
From our perspective, the real value lies in seamless knowledge exchange between people who would never have the chance to meet in real life — those from very different societies, with varying levels of education and income, and entirely distinct cultural backgrounds. It’s this diversity we aim to connect, empowering them to find one another and share their ideas.
We would be genuinely thrilled if the distance between the organizer and the attendee were 20,000 kilometers, and they were as different from each other as humanly possible. Because often, it’s people like that who have the most to teach one another.

@e_slyusarchukThanks, Egor! There’s something powerful about a space where radically different perspectives not only coexist, but genuinely exchange value. (I’ve always been especially drawn to the idea that the most meaningful insights often emerge from the least expected pairings.)

@supa_lIdeas and community being a dream. I envision it being what I'd dreamt other idea-sharing communities of the past would've been.
Happy to see ideas like these supporting networking activities! 🙂 Which feature do you consider a game changer compared to other platforms (something truly unique)?

@busmark_w_nika thanks a lot for your comment, appreciate it! In general, we try to create a space for people to exchange information and do it not for just one event but lasting forever as a community. We have Public Profiles for attendees and speakers which means you can follow people you're interested in like in a social net and you can communicate with them in the chat before, during and after event. Also you can enjoy a unique form of payment where you pay just for attendees you're gonna to invite, no subscriptions or any extra fees. We'll have a demo days where we'll tell more about it, would you like to come to learn more?
@e_slyusarchuk Hey Egor, do you have any event for that? :)

@busmark_w_nika Sure! In the coming week, we’ll be hosting two demo events where we’ll go into more detail about Evvve’s capabilities and showcase a few interaction scenarios. We’d love to see you there!
@nikkielizdemere Since I am remote, I more and more appreciate real-time and real-life events (to not feel so asocial after so much time spent at home :D ) :) But video chats in smaller groups of 10 people are also very nurturing :) Usually the circle consisting of marketing and tech people :)

Hey! I’m Yulia, project manager at Evvve — I’ve been with the team for almost two years now. In that time, we’ve grown a strong and close-knit team and built something we’re genuinely proud of: a smart, flexible, and beautifully designed product 💛
What I love most about Evvve is that it’s not just "another platform." It actually makes event planning easier and the experience more meaningful — both for organizers and guests.
If you’ve made it to our page — thank you for checking us out! We’d love your support 🙌
Hey Yulia, thanks so much for pulling back the curtain on Evvve’s journey.
What stands out is how you’ve navigated the balance between making event planning easier and crafting an experience that actually feels human. You're setting the stage for real connection. (Pun intended. ♡)
How did you approached designing for meaning on both sides of the mic — organizers and guests — especially across the entire event lifecycle, from the early buzz to the follow-up moments?
What guided the team in making Evvve feel less transactional and more like a place for genuine idea sharing and ongoing community?
Looking forward to seeing how this evolving movement shapes the future of virtual events.
Thanks so much for this thoughtful question — it gets to the heart of what we’re building.
For us, an event isn’t just a moment in time — it’s a starting point for relationships, ideas, and communities. That’s why we designed Evvve not as a one-off destination, but as a space that encourages ongoing connection before, during, and long after the event ends.
Guests can discover each other before the event even begins, connect through shared interests, and keep those connections going after — by following each other, joining future events together, or even inviting new people into the circle.
We wanted the experience to feel organic — less like attending a webinar, more like being welcomed into a community where knowledge and energy flow both ways. It’s that sense of “I came for the content, but I stayed for the people” that inspires us.
Thank you for your kind words — we're excited to keep shaping this journey together with thoughtful voices like yours.

@grigoriminzhureko Hey! That all-in-one flow feels like such a thoughtful design choice — especially when many teams thrive via integrations. (I work with folks building intricate stacks, so I know how powerful that model can be.) Would love to learn what part of shaping that unified experience has been most creatively energizing for you as a designer.

@nikkielizdemere Thanks — that’s a great observation. The idea behind the all-in-one flow came from a simple but persistent issue: event organization is high-stress.
If an event gets moved by 15 minutes, organizers often have to manually update landing pages, notify attendees, message speakers, etc. These things tend to pile up at the worst possible time.
We wanted to reduce that friction. In our setup, moving an event triggers updates and notifications across the system automatically. Less overhead, fewer opportunities for error.
That was the main design driver — building a system that handles operational complexity quietly in the background.

Hey Product Hunt! I’m a DevOps engineer passionate about innovative tech solutions that power project infrastructure and backend systems. Today, I’m thrilled to introduce Evvve, a platform that offers professional virtual events with robust tools for engagement and collaboration.
What excites me about Evvve is its seamless ecosystem for virtual events. Imagine real-time Q&As, chat discussions, and public profiles that enable attendees to connect and network even after the event concludes.
As a DevOps, I’m impressed by the backend magic of Evvve. It features built-in analytics to track engagement and a pay-per-participant model that ensures transparent and scalable costs. Additionally, by the solutions designed to provide a smooth streaming experience across all regions.
