Hey PH friends!
Evvve is a virtual events platform with a growing community of hosts and attendees who love idea sharing.
I realized: folks showing up on Evvve will be doing wildly different things. running summits, sharing niche ideas, building networks, experimenting quietly.
So, here are 15 playful-yet-practical archetypes for fun, I'm not on Evvve's team! designed to name, celebrate, and support the many ways people might engage with virtual gatherings on Evvve.
Evvve makes it easy to bring people together around ideas — from a spark of inspiration to a full-fledged community. Everything in one place, beautifully packaged.
@supa_l Ideas and community being a dream. I envision it being what I'd dreamt other idea-sharing communities of the past would've been.

Happy to see ideas like these supporting networking activities! 🙂 Which feature do you consider a game changer compared to other platforms (something truly unique)?
@busmark_w_nika Nika! 🥰 Happy to see you here. (I see you in the forum quite a bit!) What types of networking activities are you into?

@nikkielizdemere Since I am remote, I more and more appreciate real-time and real-life events (to not feel so asocial after so much time spent at home :D ) :) But video chats in smaller groups of 10 people are also very nurturing :) Usually the circle consisting of marketing and tech people :)
Hey! I’m Yulia, project manager at Evvve — I’ve been with the team for almost two years now. In that time, we’ve grown a strong and close-knit team and built something we’re genuinely proud of: a smart, flexible, and beautifully designed product 💛
What I love most about Evvve is that it’s not just "another platform." It actually makes event planning easier and the experience more meaningful — both for organizers and guests.
If you’ve made it to our page — thank you for checking us out! We’d love your support 🙌
@y_da
Hey Yulia, thanks so much for pulling back the curtain on Evvve’s journey.
What stands out is how you’ve navigated the balance between making event planning easier and crafting an experience that actually feels human. You're setting the stage for real connection. (Pun intended. ♡)
How did you approached designing for meaning on both sides of the mic — organizers and guests — especially across the entire event lifecycle, from the early buzz to the follow-up moments?
What guided the team in making Evvve feel less transactional and more like a place for genuine idea sharing and ongoing community?
Looking forward to seeing how this evolving movement shapes the future of virtual events.

Thanks so much for this thoughtful question — it gets to the heart of what we’re building.
For us, an event isn’t just a moment in time — it’s a starting point for relationships, ideas, and communities. That’s why we designed Evvve not as a one-off destination, but as a space that encourages ongoing connection before, during, and long after the event ends.
Guests can discover each other before the event even begins, connect through shared interests, and keep those connections going after — by following each other, joining future events together, or even inviting new people into the circle.
We wanted the experience to feel organic — less like attending a webinar, more like being welcomed into a community where knowledge and energy flow both ways. It’s that sense of “I came for the content, but I stayed for the people” that inspires us.
Thank you for your kind words — we're excited to keep shaping this journey together with thoughtful voices like yours.
@y_da Yulia, I love how you describe Evvve as a space where the event isn’t the endpoint, it’s the spark. That shift in mindset, from one-off to ongoing, is subtle but powerful.
Hi! I’m Konstantin, QA Lead at Evvve. For nearly two years, I’ve been making sure everything we build not only looks great — but works flawlessly too.
At Evvve, quality isn't an afterthought — it’s part of the foundation. From day one, our team has been focused on creating a product that’s smart, stable, and genuinely helpful for both organizers and guests.
What makes this journey special for me is the team — open, passionate, and always striving to make things better. We care about the little details, and we test everything thoroughly so that the experience feels effortless on your side.
Thanks so much for checking us out. We’d love your support and hope you’ll enjoy what we’ve built!

Hi! I'm a product designer at evvve.
What I love most about evvve is that it gives event organizers everything they need in one place — no more jumping between tools for landing pages, chats, or guest management.
@grigoriminzhureko Hey! That all-in-one flow feels like such a thoughtful design choice — especially when many teams thrive via integrations. (I work with folks building intricate stacks, so I know how powerful that model can be.) Would love to learn what part of shaping that unified experience has been most creatively energizing for you as a designer.
@nikkielizdemere Thanks — that’s a great observation.
The idea behind the all-in-one flow came from a simple but persistent issue: event organization is high-stress.
If an event gets moved by 15 minutes, organizers often have to manually update landing pages, notify attendees, message speakers, etc. These things tend to pile up at the worst possible time.
We wanted to reduce that friction. In our setup, moving an event triggers updates and notifications across the system automatically. Less overhead, fewer opportunities for error.
That was the main design driver — building a system that handles operational complexity quietly in the background.
@daninoks Yes! Love how there's a focus on keeping the connection going after the event — feels like that’s where a lot of potential usually fizzles.
