What better questions could I have asked?
Were there moments where I missed an opportunity to go deeper?
Were there points in the call where I was redundant or have used our time better?
One of my favorite approaches is having Embra compare my performance across multiple calls—I’ve gotten some surprisingly great insights and tips from it.

Claude 3.7 is really good at extracting coachable moments and logging what is working on sales calls vs not.
Then, you can use that data in combination with transcripts from a call to provide after-call coaching that's leveraging the intelligence from your other calls.

@jonurbonas Great question! We include some starting packages with agents and memory settings to help teams hit the ground running with sales, product development, and customer discovery. But everything is ultimately customizable, so teams can tailor these items (or create totally new ones) that fit into their unique workflows with just a bit of prompt engineering.
