Twenty-five years in industrial design. I was the consultant writing the proposal, the agency owner reviewing the contract, and sometimes the client on the other side wondering what I had actually agreed to. I lived every version of this problem. The frustration was never really about time, although yes, contracts and proposals eat hours you should be billing. The real problem was trust. 20+ years of lived experience, and 3-1/2 years of development.

Is it perfect. Hell no!

Are we going to be fixing stuff that we had no idea would be a problem… Hell ya!

But that is at the core of everything the people we built EFNpro for do.
Creativity isn’t linear. It is messy. You move forward when you don’t know where you are going.
And when it is all over… you iterate.
