Twenty-five years across industrial design, product development, and systems work. Medical devices, international manufacturing, digital interfaces, and two ventures built concurrently. I have been on both sides of the proposal and contract process more times than I can count, and I got tired of it being the weakest part of an otherwise professional operation. So I built EFNpro. Canadian proposal and contract management from first meeting to signed agreement. We used it to hire and manage our own build team before we shipped it. I also teach Design Thinking and New Venture Creation at NAIT in Edmonton. The best part of any engagement is when someone's eyes change because something clicked.
