Launched this week
Effects SDK helps developers add production-ready AI video and audio effects to web, desktop, and mobile apps. Add background blur, virtual backgrounds, smart framing, lighting correction, beautification, overlays, avatars, and real-time noise suppression — all running client-side, without sending video or audio to our servers.

How does the client-side processing hold up on lower-end mobile devices, especially for the more demanding effects like virtual backgrounds or smart framing — is there a recommended minimum spec or a way to gracefully fall back when performance dips?
Ran a quick test in a browser and the background blur held up nicely even when I moved around, no server upload is a big plus for privacy. Curious how it handles older mobile devices though.
how does the client-side performance hold up on lower-end mobile devices, especially when stacking multiple effects like background blur and beautification at the same time?
Congrats on the launch! Real-time AI experiences can be tricky to keep consistent across different scenarios. Curious if you have automated testing or evaluation workflows for AI-powered features?
Client-side processing is a huge win for privacy, and the API looks clean enough to integrate in an afternoon. The real-time noise suppression actually held up well on a noisy laptop fan during my quick test.
The client-side processing is a nice touch, especially for privacy-focused apps. Background blur and noise suppression both worked smoothly in my quick test.
The client-side approach is what caught my eye. Tested the background blur on a sluggish laptop and it held up surprisingly well without frying the CPU.
