WHO ARE WE?
We're Vlad, Ksushi, and Eugene from the Perspektives agency — excited to introduce Dun.wtf, a tool built with small teams in mind!
WHY WE DID IT?
💬 We were drowning in messy chats and constantly missing important info
🤹🏻♂️ Juggling too many tools for comms, projects, files, tasks, and chats
💸 We were tired of being drained by multiple subscriptions
💡 So we came up with the Dun app to solve our own pains
WHY DUN?
Dun offers a new way to organize work:
▪️ No more chaotic, endless chats and tasks that lose sight of the goal
▪️ Dun allows you to organize all your work in Topics. Everything related to a certain topic is always located in the same place – all docs, tasks, files as well as all relevant discussions. Don't lose your focus jumping between communication apps.
▪️ You can organize your topics into different workspaces by projects or any way you like.
▪️ You can work on topics internally or share it with contractors and your clients, as well as making it private again.
▪️ Dun gives you peace of mind so you can stay focused on what matters most and get things Dun.
If you work with a small team, Dun will meet all your needs.
Feel free to try it and join our community of small businesses.
We'll be happy to hear your feedback — be it positive or negative.🦦
Ready to answer all your queries,
Your Dun team🖤
Congrats! How does Dun integrate with other project management tools or apps my team might already use? Is there an option for integration with Slack?
@sofiia_kunakh Hi Sofiia!
The purpose of Dun is not to add more tools, so that it takes even more time to do your work, but rather to replace all your tools with just one.
Dun was designed to provide all functionality you would need to run a project and have all the necessary information in one place, compared to scattered across different apps. That's why Dun doesn't integrate with other similar tools by design, I hope that makes sense✨
That said, Dun is open source, and if anyone’s up for building that kind of integration, we’d love to see it! Contributions are always welcome 🙌♥️

I tried this tool and now it's my default to-do list that I can also invite colleagues to. Its great that now I can easily structure all my 999 different projects. Feels so simple and powerful.
@kcrz Hey Kirill!
So happy to hear that✨
Feel free to share any thoughts or feedback, we're always open to making Dun even better🙌
As someone who works in a small (but growing) team I totally get the pain of scattered tools, endless chats, and lost context. The “Topics” approach is genius: structured enough to stay organized, but flexible enough to actually work the way real teams do.
Also love the idea of switching from internal to external sharing without duplicating work. Wishing you lots of upvotes and user love today! 🚀
@stemonte Hi Stefano!
Thank you so much for your detailed feedback, I’m really glad you noticed our core ideas and liked them!
I’d be happy to offer you free access to Dun’s existing features forever, and we’d love to have you on board as part of our beta tester team if you’re interested ☺️

Congrats on the launch, @kksrm How does Dun integrate with other popular tools like Google Drive or Slack?
@kate_prasniak Thank you so much, Kate🫶🏻
The point is, we created Dun as a simple all-in-one tool for small teams (like ours) — instead of juggling a bunch of existing sophisticated tools made for big corporations. That’s the direction we want to keep evolving in 🌱
That said, Dun is open source — so if anyone’s excited to build integrations, we’d love to see it! Contributions are always welcome 🙌♥️
The hands down best way to do business - It's far too easy to have all your work spread across multiple platforms, gotta keep it streamlined & organised :)
I love what you & the team have built here Ksenia, looking forward to giving it a try - Best of luck today!!
@cranqnow Totally! I really hope we can solve this puzzle of making work organization easy. Thank you, Sam!
Huge congrats on the launch! This looks super useful! always have too many projects)) Cheering for you!
@nikita_kilis Thank you Nikita!!! ✨
