I'm Prashant. I'm a full-time software engineer, and I've been building Duesteer on the side around a problem that most invoicing software seems to treat as much simpler than it actually is: what happens after an invoice goes overdue.

The first nudge is easy. What comes next isn't. Your client says they'll pay Friday, and Friday passes. Another disputes one line on the invoice. A third just stops replying. Duesteer guides an overdue invoice through escalation stages based on how the client is actually behaving.
If they dispute the invoice, escalation pauses while it gets resolved. If they promise to pay, Duesteer tracks that commitment and picks the thread back up if the date slips. And if nothing works, the ladder keeps going through formal demand and eventually to external action. You can also export a PDF record of the recovery history.
