Drup

Hi Product Hunt! We are an Engineer + Product Manager and we built Drup to solve a problem we face in our day job: How to stay on top of a million docs, presentations, dashboards etc. that are spread across different web-based tools (GDocs, Tableau, Jira, Figma … we use ~20 of them) We spent too much time looking or asking for links. We never had a full picture of what knowledge existed on a single topic. Information would get siloed in tools/groups and then lost completely when people left. Drup is a single place to quickly drop (hence the name!) any web-based item, and then view, organize, and search all of them together. It supports previews for popular work tools and can be used by individuals or shared by teams. To make it easier for you to provide feedback, we created this no-signup read-only demo environment but you should still sign up :) If you like it, what should we build next? 1. This is brilliant! We spend so much time documenting, creating wikis, linking Trello boards those wikis, and more so that the team can find what they need when they need it and still there's all the stuff buried in email drafts, Evernotes, etc etc. Drup is going to bring much needed order to chaos of collaborating remotely! Amazing work team.

LIFECHANGING. Seriously though, I collaborate with many people across orgs on different projects and was always switching from one Drive to another to Trello to bookmarks to you-name-it... Not to mention the countless "notes to self" with links all over. Just started using Drup an hour ago and already don't wanna imagine my life without it 😁 Also - how is this an MVP? It's basically flawless! Things I'd like to see built next: ability to reorder sets; ability to add subsets; add a saved item to a set by dragging it there. Impressive job!

This is a beautiful responsive web app with in the cloud storage that works on both the desktop and mobile. It would be even more useful if you could make it a Web Share Target so you could easily share from apps on a mobile.

Incredible! This is going to be such a game-changer for small startups – and even large companies (why not?) – who are trying to stay organized across many different apps and services. The first iteration already provides immense value to the end users, and I'm super excited to see what the team builds out next!

So fun - I especially LOVE the lightness of the tool!
