Hi everyone 👋 I’m really excited to share Dreamlab, the app for dreamers. I’ve always remembered a lot of my dreams. For years, I wrote them down in my Notes app and sometimes shared them with friends. I’d look up meanings online and even bring some dreams to therapy to understand what was going on beneath the surface. It was fascinating but messy. I kept thinking there had to be a more meaningful and refined way to do this, one that made dream journaling feel natural, insightful, and personal. That’s how Dreamlab began 💭 Dreamlab helps you capture your dreams before they fade, by typing or speaking them aloud. Each dream is split into chapters, revealing symbols and emotions that reflect what’s happening in your life. These symbols evolve as you add your own meaning, creating a growing map of your subconscious. Over time, Dreamlab recognizes patterns and emotional shifts, providing insights into your stress levels and overall well-being. It’s more than just awareness. Dreamlab also suggests small actions to help you feel better, based on what your dreams reveal. You can set dream intentions before sleep, helping you fall asleep with a positive mindset and even support lucid dreaming. I built Dreamlab for people like me, the ones who feel deeply, think too much before bed, and wake up wondering why they dreamt what they did. If that sounds like you, I’d love for you to try it and tell me what you think. Out now on iOS, with Android coming soon. Joren
