Every team I talked to had docs that were missing, outdated, or written once and never touched again. Nothing tells you when a page goes stale. My first attempt was the obvious one: point an LLM at a repo and say "write the docs." It produced confident, generic pages that were often wrong. So I rebuilt it around a loop instead of a single prompt: 1. Plan: you tell Doxloop what readers should be able to do, and it proposes a docs plan you approve before any writing happens. 2. Write: your own coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini) researches the actual source and writes the pages into an isolated proposal. 3. Review: you accept or reject every change, like a PR, then preview and deploy. 4. Monitor: Doxloop watches your repo and drafts an update when a code change makes a page stale.
