Moldova' real estate market is mostly handled by classifieds sites. This platform aims to bring modern tools to real estate market.
The map view is a great start, but it would help a lot if you added neighborhood-level data overlays on the map, like average price per square meter, school ratings, or noise levels. Right now I have to leave the site and cross-reference other sources just to compare two apartments in the same city. Even basic stats pulled from public sources would make the experience feel much more complete and keep users from bouncing.
A map view with neighborhood overlays would be really useful, especially for seeing things like proximity to schools, transit, or how prices trend across different areas of Chisinau. Right now it feels hard to gauge location beyond just the address.
One thing that would really help is a built-in mortgage calculator on each listing. Buyers in Moldova often have to switch tabs to figure out monthly payments, and having that right next to the price would save a lot of time and make browsing way smoother.
Finally a clean option for Moldovan real estate beyond the usual classified clutter, and the map view made browsing way faster than I expected.
