I'm Arnoldas Kemeklis, co-founder of Covari.
For years, custom manufacturing has been stuck in two worlds: messy, chaotic email threads (CAD files, drawings, tolerances, "need by July 19th", followed by 10 back-and-forth emails) or rigid customer web portals that force you to translate that mess yourself into form fields.
We wanted to build a bridge: keep the natural, low-friction workflow of email, but with the structured data power of a portal.
With Email to Quote, you simply forward your RFQ email to rfq@covari.io (with your CAD models and drawing PDFs). Covari reads the attachments, parses the text, and instantly replies with a structured draft package. Want to change details? Just reply "change to 100 pcs and black anodized"— Covari updates the package on the fly. When you're ready, ask us to get a quote, and we match it to our vetted supplier network.
