@neymar_shaw Hi Neymar, good question ! One thing right of the bat is that the AI asks the same questions or slight variation to the question bank given to it. So if you are hiring for a Product Manager and have a set of questions, the AI will ask those questions only to each and every candidate. We also have programmed at the backend for the LLM to not ask any sensitive or personally identifiable question including race, ethnicity, nationality, geneder etc to completely eliminate any bias. We are also not storing any candidate information beyond the interview video and transcript and the user can opt out of sharing any information with the hiring manager if they wish so thus making us compliant with GDPR and EU laws. The biggest thing is that the AI doesn't have any unconscious bias and evaluates the candidate solely on the responses they give to the questions asked :)

@aryan_kohli To add to deep's answer, yes candidates can reschedule the interviews through the platform at any time. And we can also build in the use case where they get to reschedule only x number of times. All of this is completely customizable based on hiring manager/ hiring team's needs.

@audrey_jake1 Hi Audrey, good question. The system would simply send a new email with a request to select a day and time that works best for the candidate. We can also set boundaries on how many times and in which time frame they can reschedule. All of this is completely customizable based on hiring team/ manager's needs.
