Hey Product Hunt 👋 Saiyam here, one of the co-founders of Defellix. Quick backstory: I run a hackathon community in Bengaluru, and for months I kept hearing the same story from freelancers, different city, different work, same ending. Client goes quiet after delivery, and there's nothing they can actually do about it. A WhatsApp screenshot isn't proof of anything in an Indian court. So we built Defellix: contracts that are legally admissible from the moment they're signed (Section 65B, timestamped, tamper-proof), created in about 2 minutes, no legal or blockchain knowledge required on either side. We're a 3-person team, genuinely building this in the open. The hard part wasn't e-signing, it was making contracts hold up in Indian courts

Signing a document digitally is the easy 80%. The actual hard problem: Indian electronic records need to satisfy Section 65B of the Evidence Act to be usable in court at all, most e-sign tools skip this completely and just produce a nice-looking PDF that's legally about as strong as a screenshot.

Happy to go deep on how we approached this if anyone's curious, verified identity, tamper-proof timestamping, and keeping the whole thing under 2 minutes to actually use.
