What inspired you to develop DeepMate, and were there any particular challenges in the recruiting process that motivated you to create this solution?

@gipetto Yep, the challenges we faced actually became a trigger for the decision to develop and release DeepMate to the public. Together with @dpryshchep we conducted thousands of interviews and especially in periods when we were having 4-5 technical interviews in a row every day we were feeling a huge lack of tools that would help us to streamline the process and make it easier. It was sometimes time-consuming to prepare relevant questions, it was always challenging to focus on a candidate while taking notes of their answers, and it was just a nightmare at the end of the day to recall what feedback was related to which particular candidate. So, first, we started developing regular tools without AI way before the days when LLMs and generative AI were hyped so much, and at the moment of finalizing our vision and researching the market that happened, we added AI augmentation to our features. That's how our MVP was born :)
